Description:

The Quality Development Analyst is responsible for providing program support through quality monitoring and coaching of program representatives.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MONITORING OUTBOUND CALLS IN A CALL CENTER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Description:
• Responsible for maintaining quality control standards through monitoring of calls
• Provide constructive coaching and feedback to representatives
• Provide ongoing training and education through coaching sessions
• Communicate quality escalations to Operations and Client Services
• Participate in client monitoring sessions
• Promote high levels of motivation and morale
• Schedule and conduct internal calibration sessions with program management and operations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year healthcare, pharmaceutical or telemarketing experience required
• 1 year working in a sales environment preferred
• Previous experience working in a leadership role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
• 1 year Physician detailing a Must
