e3 Financial, located in Newport Beach, CA, is a leader in providing professional Employee Benefits consulting administration services to medium and large employers. We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of professional SALES experience. This is a full time, permanent position with a base salary (depending on experience), plus commission and bonuses.
Qualified applicants will have documented success in selling services to mid-market professional service firms. Abilities to self-manage, prospect, develop long lasting relationships are required. Lead generation through prospecting, community involvement, internal referrals and the development of professional relationships. This position provides great earning potential to the career-minded individual. |
Duties: |
- Produce revenue through sales to new clients.
- Manage sales situations and account service to comply with industry standards and prevent errors and omissions.
- Conduct business in accordance with e3 operational and financial standards.
- Participate in team sales situations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, concepts, practices, products and financial arrangements to better service clients and prospects.

Qualifications: |
- Deep knowledge of all aspects of employee benefits insurance policies including 401k.
- Familiarity with all aspects of insurance services processes from the application process to policy issuance.
- Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA & Medicare Part D
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A knowledge of local and national markets, and coverages
- Excellent computer skills
- Experienced in online benefits administrative concepts and products
- Highly Motivated & Results oriented individual.
- Life & Health License
- 5+ years experience in the insurance industry
- 4 year degree
