When you work for United Heritage you will be representing a company that brings its best to the communities we serve. | Duties: | - Provide superior and quality member service while adhering to United Heritage's quality service standards, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for building strong member relations through telephone based member services.
- Serves as an information source for members, providing answers about their accounts and credit union products via in-bound calls.
- Provide members with general account information and credit union products.
- Process telephone-based account transactions.
- Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, members, and potential members.
- Identify the member's needs and cross-sell credit union products that will benefit the member.
| Qualifications: | - Minimum of one year in a financial institution and/or telephone service center experience.
- Preferred experience with servicing accounts, teller transactions and/or a phone service center.
- Ability to work in multiple program systems to provide services.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
