Associate Storage Engineer-OPEN LOCATION

Description:

To ensure customer satisfaction by providing break/fix hardware maintenance, Professional Services and on-call services to Fortune 500 companies on NetApp Storage Technology in an enterprise/datacenter environment

Duties:

• Install, assist, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of NetApp equipment in Enterprise/Datacenter environments
• Delivers outstanding customer service
• Keeps all required technical certifications up to date
• Maintains flexibility to travel when required
• Maintains availability to participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation
• Completes all administrative duties and training requirements in a timely manner

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :           

• Associate's degree
• Technical certifications
• 3-5 years of Network Appliance Experience

• Relies on excellent organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem solving skills
