Description: | | The Web Marketing Specialist will support our online marketing managers in the day to day operations of web marketing programs such as our affiliate program, search marketing and display advertising for all of our brands. This position is responsible for developing, managing and executing marketing initiatives and strategic programs to maximize exposure of our brands and products across the web. | Duties: | •Aid in development of strategic marketing programs’ road map
•Work in tandem with senior management to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing plans
•Co-ordinate day-to-day project management and communication as one of the executors of online marketing program
•Clearly set expectations and establish accountability for deadlines with all related cross functional teams involved with program management and growth
•Work with product marketing team to create offers/promotions that are ideal for the respective channel
•Develop forecasts and measure against revenue, margin and cost goals
•Report on results, weekly, monthly and ad hoc and providing insight
•Meet program objectives and mange to budget expectations
•Create, monitor and optimize creative across respective channels
•Develop aggressive acquisition plan
•Lead data feed projects, partnering with technology and business requirements team
| Qualifications: | •BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Marketing Research or related field
•A minimum of 2 years proven experience working in Online Marketing
•Be aware of industry trends and new developments in the online market place
•Knowledge of one or more of the major affiliate networks a plus
•HTML programming knowledge and tools a plus
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•The ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
•Good salesmanship
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
