| Energetic, self motivated and outgoing Director of Sales with proven track record in developing new business and growing existing accounts. |
Duties: |
1. Develop and maintain solicitation responsibility for key accounts.
2. Initiate, support and maintain local, corporate and franchise sales/marketing efforts.
3. Initiate and maintain quality community relationships.
4. Complete reports ie, forecast, month end.
5. Assist GM in producing and executing marketing plan.
6. May need to travel to complete training duties and business/guest calls.
7. Negotiate corporate rates and contracts. |
Qualifications: |
| Experience in Portland area hotel sales preferred but not required. Must possess a valid driver license, good driving record and have access to a vehicle. Working knowledge of full service properties. Ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship with customers. Business communication skills are required. |
