Duties: |
| Primary responsibilities for this position will include account management, business development, establishing procedures, executive and operational support, servicing our clients and public relations. This position provides an opportunity for advancement to a managerial level as applicant completes training and obtains an understanding of employee benefits. |
Qualifications: |
| The qualified candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ability to show initiative and work independently; ability to complete work accurately and within designated timeframes; must be a team player; have the ability to handle clients professionally, have excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; and strong organizational skills. A degree in business or related field is preferred but not required, knowledge and prior experience in business, accounting, and/or marketing is a plus. |
