Duties:

Dahill is searching for dynamic and career minded B2B sales professionals to join our Houston Sales Team.

(* Dowtown * Woodlands * Sugarland * Bay Area Locations)

Business Development Specialists are responsible for:

 

  • Identifying prospects using online resources, business directories, CRM, and area networks.
  • Introducing and selling Dahill product line to prospects in designated local territory.
  • Schedule fact finding appointments with decision makers and business owners.
  • Provide product, hardware and software solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by performing required daily/weekly activities necessary to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Complete customer needs analysis, draft sales proposals, provide product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain positive working relationship with prospects with the purpose of building a sales funnel.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who excel in a fast paced, highly competitive sales environment.

  • An expeceptional level of motivation, competitiveness, customer driven focus.
  • New Business "hunter" skills 
  • Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, onsite visits, and other methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.

 Preferred:

  • BS/BA degree and/or 2 +years of outside sales experience.
  • Consultative sales experience with strong account forecasting, planning and prioritizing skills.
  • Sales experience in office products, technology, wireless, medical supplies, advertising or similar industry is preferred.
