 Dahill is seeking enthusiastic and career minded sales professionals to join our San Antonio Sales Team.

Duties:

  Business Development Specialists are responsible for: 

  • Identifying prospects using online resources to include directories, CRM, and area networks.
  • Introducing and selling the Dahill/Xerox product line to prospects in a designated local territory.
  • Schedule continuous fact finding appointments with decision makers and business owners.
  • Present software and hardware solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by consistently performing required daily/weekly activities necessary to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Complete customer needs analysis, draft proposals, and provide product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Identify and work major account opportunities within prospects.

Requirements:  
  • An exceptional level of motivation, competitiveness and customer focus. 
  • "New Business hunter "skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform consistently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, onsite visits, and relationship building.
  • Strong communication, negotation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation is required.

 Preferred:

  • BS/BA degree and/or 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills with experience in utiltizing area network associations.
  • Sales experience in office products, technology, wireless, medical sales, and/or similar industry is preferred.
