| Candidate should have at lease two to four years in a property management field as well as management experience in for-profit multi-family industry. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing a multi-family residential apartment community. Community is 300+ units |
Duties: |
| Meet cash flow requirements through maximizing revenue and controlling expenses, manage office and maintenance staff, ensure company policies are procedures are followed. |
Qualifications: |
| 6-8 years of property management experience required, 5 years of team management exp., 2 years of PHA / tax credit exp., and a tax credit certification (A MUST). Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone and written correspondence and should be able to communicate with a variety of people on a daily basis. Candidate must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. High School or GED required. College degree preferred. |
