Description:

The Data Transmission Project Manager is responsible for the management of new electronic file implementations across multiple client groups as well as the monitoring of daily electronic data interface activities. The Data Transmission Project Manager works with multiple trading partners (vendors and clients) setting up electronic eligibility feeds and payroll deduction files. Responsibilities include: prioritization of tasks and activities, management of project plans and timelines, interpretation and documentation of file specifications, coordination of IT staff, monitoring of data transmissions, testing, carrier discrepancy report diagnosis and resolution, and client support and training.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of electronic data transmission experience
2-3 years of project management or implementation project coordination experience
Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
Strong customer service orientation
Good communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team
Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and follow through
High performance standards
Ability to solve problems
A confident, positive attitude
Preferably familiar with HIPAA 834 and/or experience with electronic carrier enrollment and eligibility activities

Education:
BA or BS required
