Description: |
Full time. Hours vary with direct care hours 2p-4p.
Operation of group home and staff supervision including direct supervision of 6 to 20 staff. Twenty-four hour on-call responsibility, handles emergencies for up to 5 group homes. Interview, hire, train, evaluate, discipline and terminate staff. Develop and monitor group home budget/maintain accurate accounting of resident’s finances. |
Qualifications: |
| Requires a Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, social work, special education, psychology, education, business, public relations or closely related field or H.S. diploma/GED and 8 years experience |
