Description: | Reporting to our Director of Prevention Services, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the development and coordination of the Healthy Beginnings Agency (ages Birth-5) system of care.
In addition, this position will be responsible for the overall quality management of daily operations, including fiscal management, staffing, supervision, and quality improvement processes.
| Qualifications: | MS in Human Services field required, preferably in Early Childhood or related major.
Minimum four (4) years of child welfare experience with emphasis on child development for children ages 0-5.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory and operations experience required.
Knowledge of developmental screening/assessment tools, and community resources required.
Additional requirements include excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines; ability to work independently; excellent time management, organizational, and problem solving skills. Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County required.
