Description: | | Promote teamwork with a “hands on” approach. Set an example on policies and procedures. To prep and execute all functions taking place in the kitchen. To accommodate any guest requests to the best of his/her ability. To maintain the highest sanitation and cooking standards at all times. | Qualifications: | | 3 – 5 years experience as line cook. Degree in culinary arts or certified apprenticeship preferred but not required. Have Supervisory, leadership and organizational skills helpful. Ability to make sound decisions. |
