| The primary objective for this position is to help the company meet and exceed client expectations. Specific responsibilities include the following: |
Duties: |
Train clients on how to use bswift products
Manage the implementation of new client Web sites
Respond to clients questions and concerns about the use of bswift products
Triage customer calls and correspondence to the appropriate person and place
Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
Assist in the setup and maintenance of carrier and payroll feeds
Track and monitor the resolution of issues
Communicate with customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can do attitude

Qualifications: |
Self-starter and quick learner
Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
Experience with technology, benefits, Human Resources, or health care
Strong customer service orientation

Education:
