Description:

We seek a outgoing and friendly person to join our team as a “Team Lead” that will execute events and coordinate events with the store and other NCiM demonstrators to ensure product sampling and other product awareness events at local retailer locations are executed correctly.

NCiM is one of the oldest and largest in store marketing companies in the US that provides staff for product demonstrations and sampling events on location in local retailers. Our mission is to help this retailer build brand awareness, drive sales, and promote new exciting products. NCiM has completed over 2 million events in our 24 years of doing business.

As you are aware, promoting products in-store is fun, easy, and a great way to earn income when your schedule allows. Our demonstrators are part time employees made up of students, professionals, stay at home parents and retired men and women who enjoy the flexibility of working when their schedule allows.

Duties:

As a team lead with NCiM you are paid $12.00 per hour per event/shift and are required to meet with the local store secretary on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to receive paperwork and other items to ensure the weekend events run smoothly. A typical event/shift is 4-6 hours and typically run on Friday, Saturday or Sunday with occasional events/shifts during the week. As a team lead you get priority scheduling on events and you are paid via direct deposit every two weeks.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

-Must be 18 years of age
-Must have access to email and the Internet
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to stand for 6 hours without sitting or leaning
-Able to lift about 25 lbs comfortably
-Must be able to receive payment via direct deposit
-Must have clear communication skills and ability to follow written direction
-Must professionally interact with the public in a retail/grocery setting.
-Must be willing to obtain a food handlers card
-Must agree to a background check
