Description: |
Diamond Ranch Academy is currently seeking motivated, patient, punctual and hardworking individuals to work with youth in a residential treatment center environment. The openings are for Girls Campus.This is a full-time position and entails working with the youth in a variety of settings. Lunch and Dinner will be provided. This position can be stressful at times, and there are opportunities for advancement.
Available Shift:
B-Shift
Week 1: 3pm-7am Wed., Thurs., Fri.
Week 2: 3pm-7am Thurs., & Fri. 7am-7am (24hrs.) Sunday
Interviews will be conducted this week, and start time is immediately. |
Duties: |
-Ensure that Safety and Containment is maintained at ALL TIMES.
-Assist students in their afternoon club activities.
-Supervise students during mealtimes, with dormitory activities and transporting them across campus.
-Follow protocol in maintaining discipline among students.
-Display examplary behavior and follow employee guidelines.
-Maintain a log of students' behavior and submit them at the the end of the shift.
-Other duties delegated by the Campus Directors. |
Qualifications: |
-Pass an annual federal background check.
-Applicants MUST BE AT LEAST 19 years old when submitting an application.
