Description: |
| Will perform same duties as manager in absence of the manager; otherwise, will assist the manager in all store-related activities (supervision, assisting customers, stocking the store, housekeeping, etc.). |
Duties: |
| Supervises workers in various personnel groups engaged in operating a retail store, donation site and processing center.
Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and early evenings.
Exercise good judgment in handling the wide variety of day-to-day operational problems.
Opens, closes store as instructed.
Assists in maintaining store premises and grounds in a clean, neat condition.
Is responsible for making bank deposits of funds as present policies/ procedures dictate.
Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications: |
| High School education or equivalent.
NC Driver License and reliable transportation.
Minimum of one year retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory position. Must know store layout, advertising, normal retail accounting methods, how to best display merchandise and supervisory practices. Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing. |
