Job Summary: In this role you will be directly responsible for managing tier two/three support for Active Directory, Exchange, and Cellular/Mobile/Blackberry Services. You will directly lead & mentor System Administrators, manage & maintain software, and directly liaison and own relationship with third party vendors. You will interface directly with End Users, leadership at all levels, and tightly integrate with Enterprise Engineering teams.

Duties: |
Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for providing expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the firm's overall email architecture and messaging environment - Microsoft Exchange 2007, and leading the migration to Exchange2010 within region. • Manage, maintain and deliver upon continuous improvement priorities for the region's Active Directory, Exchange, and Blackberry messaging environment. • Provide support and provisioning for Cellular/Mobility services delivered to employees and external products as well as WebEx Meeting and Instant Messaging services support. • Provide leadership and guidance to staff of Messaging, Exchange, WebEx, and Mobility Administrators and other Infrastructure support staff. • Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the Firm.

Qualifications: |
Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years in Active Directory and Exchange Administration and Support • 5+ years leading teams, and managing people and infrastructure projects • 5+ years supporting enterprise level messaging & directory infrastructure • Extensive knowledge of Exchange 2007/2010 and Active Directory Preferred Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience maintaining and supporting Exchange messaging and Active Directory systems. • Demonstrated Engineering/Architecture experience with Exchange 2007/2010 in a global, multi-forest environment. • Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) • Working knowledge of MS Clustering, Exchange CCR/SCR, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Office Communications Server (OCS), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) • ITIL Foundations certification • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, and/or equivalent experience. Professional Skills: • Strong customer service orientation with effective verbal & written communication skills demonstrating ability to translate technical situations into user friendly terminology • Solid analytical skills - uses logic and reasoning to identify complex problems; review related information, develop options, implement solutions. |
