Live-in Residential Direct Care Team

Description:

Live in our agency-owned homes in southern and central Maine with housing, company vehicle and living expenses provided as you care directly for our clients.  Earn between $75,000 to $80,000 per couple teaching our clients basic life skills, positive behaviors, time and money management and more.  Relevant experience is helpful but not necessary, and you must be nurturing and provide firm limit setting and behavior management as part of the treatment team.  Training, supervision and on-call support all provided.  Many of our openings CANNOT accommodate couples wishing to bring their own children to live with them in our homes.  High school diploma or GED required. You must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history for the past three years.  Both members of the couple must complete separate applications.
