Description: |
| The Project Analyst is responsible for completion of projects assigned to the Provider Operations Department. Such projects include coordination with other departments for provider directory reviews, CTM follow up and grievance and appeals follow up. |
Duties: |
• Coordinate provider directory reviews both in Provider Operations Department and with other departments
• Intake, research and resolution of CTM issues assigned to Provider Operations
• Coordination of HSD tables
• Intake, research and resolution of Grievance issues assigned to Provider Operations
• Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts to support department goals
• Perform other duties as assigned |
Qualifications: |
• Knowledge of HSD tables
• Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to communicate clearly both complex and simple messages
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to organize tasks and work environment
• Understanding of contract negotiations
• Education: Associates Degree or equivalent directly related experience
• Experience: 1 years of work experience in healthcare sector. 1 year experience in HMO provider/hospital or provider network operations preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning Medicare and Medicaid including HSD tables.
