JOB DESCRIPTION: The Account Executive will provide full account management services to Sg2 clients. Account Executives have intimate knowledge of client operations and are proactive in addressing the strategic and operational intelligence needs of their accounts. The Account Executive reconfirms the buying decision by consistently demonstrating the value of Sg2 intelligence products and tools. |
Duties: |
| Build client awareness of Sg2 entire suite or products and tools
Identify client needs and pain points and address them
Facilitate clinical, technological, operational, financial, and strategic client inquiries
Develop and execute account-specific strategic plans
Drive participation in Sg2-sponsored web casts, courses and conferences
Highlight the value Sg2 delivers with healthcare executives
Support Sg2 service line initiatives
Successful Account Executives achieve a 100% renewal rate by partnering with their clients and providing superior customer service |
Qualifications: |
| We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a consistent record of academic excellence, personal achievement and leadership. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must.
Ideal candidates would possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor degree required, Masters degree in health care management or MBA a plus
5+ years experience with health care in a hospital, health care vendor or consulting environment
Strong project management and account management skills
Experience with CRM and Account Management standard operating procedures
Superior communication, attention to detail and presentation skills
An uncompromising commitment to quality and a passion for health care
