Duties: |
•Answers inbound service calls for Global Equipment Company.
•Assists customers with account activities by receiving inbound calls.
•Assists customers with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services through phone, web, fax or mail communication.
•Provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members.
•Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.

Qualifications: |
•Sales or call center experience a plus.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated high level of dependability.
•Basic knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook.
•Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills. |
