| Full time Leasing Manager for fast paced community, must have prior experience in apartment leasing. Excellent customer service skills, and communication, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance required. A good understanding of HUD and Public housing requirements needed.

Duties: |
| Must be able to market, show and lease apartments. Attention to detail required for product preparation, lease document preparation and execution. Will need to be able to handle customer service requests. Required rotating weekend schedule. |
Qualifications: |
| Position requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Some college is a plus. |
