The Catching Machine Operator/Live Haul Driver Trainee is an entry-level trainee position responsible for the safe and efficient operation of trucks, forklifts, and catching machine for the Live Haul Department. Some hand catching will be required. |
Duties: |
- Operates Live Haul Trucks in a safe & efficient manner.
- Operates forklift and catching machine at contract growers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Performs equipment inspections in accordance with company guidelines and equipment operating instructions.
- Reports all problems to the truck shop/supervisor.
- Performs minor maintenance on equipment as directed.
- Assists in hand catching and track assembly as required. Assists in the loading of trucks as required.

Qualifications: |
- Class A Drivers License

- Ability to work in dark and dusty working environment
