Description: | This position will be seen as the HealthEquity "beacon".
This position will provide "hands on" administration and strategic direction for of all the People (Human Resource) functions for HealthEquity.
This position is responsible for maintaining and helping develop the company's "purple" culture.
| Duties: | Drive a positive people culture which maintains our pheonomenally low turnover rates, high internal promotion rates, and new hire success rates.
Find exceptional talent for the organization and then create a culture and programs that keep those people engaged, learning and growing.
Overarching ownership for HRIS systems, employee benefit design, employee record maintenance, compliance, employee relations, staffing, compensation and talent management. We are currently in process of implementating onboarding, hiring, performance management and HR core modules.
Oversees employee relations, performance issues, reduction in force if needed, as well as cross-training initiatives.
Responsible to create an HR organization that can scale with exceptional growth year over year (doubling in size)
Manages senior level position recruiting efforts and recruiting resources.
Responsible for ensuring company compliance with federal and state regulations and legal requirements.
Maintains confidentiality of team member issues, records and other issues involving HealthEquity and it's People. | Qualifications: | Bachelor’s or Masters degree preferred; comparable experience accepted.
6-8 years required in a Human Resources role with broad experience across all facets of Human Resources including compensation management, compliance, employee relations, benefits, and leadership development/succession planning.
Experience managing and building an HR team in a growing environment. Prefer candidate who has built HR function from the ground up, but who has also had large, public company experience.
Operations focused with experience in driving metrics, developing organizational architecture, and driving company culture.
Acquisition and merger experience, with ability to merge disparate cultures and manage through multi-state company.
Previous experience in a HIPAA compliant facility a plus.
Must be a high energy, self starter with the ability to multi-task.
Must be a "hands on" human resource professional with ability to work on high level org strategy, give input to the Board, as well as conduct daily "block and tackle" duties.
Must have strong Organizational Development, and Talent Management experience within a fast growth environment where internal promotions are frequent. Strongly prefer exposure to 9 block grid, talent review and calibration, and Leadership Basics training or curriculum design experience.
Previous HIPAA, HSA or Banking experience preferred. |
