Part-time position working weekends!
Must be able to work Sat & Sun.

o Help load vans and set up at clinic sites
o At clinic conclusion assist in packing up and reloading the van
o Set your table so all client information is readily available
• Financial and Paperwork Accounting
o Handle all currency exchanges (NEVER leave cash bag unattended!!)
o Complete accounting paperwork for each clinic
o Ensure vaccination certificates are complete before handing the customer
their receipts.
• Account for Each and Every Vaccination Certificate
o Dispense all products purchased by the client and properly complete
product labels
o Complete all “end of clinic” reports and provide to manager on duty
• Promotional Activities
o Hand customers future clinic fliers!
o Offer client brochures and booklets on your table.
o Up sale clients when applicable to ensure client gets appropriate services
• Customer Service
o Pass out Emergency Sheets
o Ensure every client is completely satisfied with our services
o Never let a customer leave with an unanswered question
Measurements of Performance
• Accuracy in Reconciliation end of day
• Efficiency/speed in check out process
• Accuracy in verifying POS receipts

Qualifications:

Skill Sets / Requirements:
• 21 years old • Basic Math • Customer Service
Education and Experience:
• Education: High School Graduate
• Experience: 1year sales, customer service and/or clinical/groomi
-Must be able to work Sat & Sun
