Description: | Seeking Deputy Chief of Quality and Risk Management (DCQRM) for growing organization. This new position will work with the current Chief of Quality and Risk Management and have an opportunity for advancement. This position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of Clinica Sierra Vista’s quality and Risk Management Program. The DCQRM provides organizational technical support, policy design and implementation, systems development, program assessment and compliance, and performance improvement processes consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
Ideal candidates would have competency in demonstrated organizational, management, supervisory, and teaching skills in a health care delivery organization. All candidates must have a Registered Nurse License, BSN with four (4) years of increasing RN management responsibility OR an ASN with six (6) years of increasing RN management responsibility. Candidates that have obtained Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and/or a Masters Degree are preferred.
