Speech Pathology Services of E TN LLC provides Medically Necessary speech services to needy children in East Tennessee schools who would otherwise not receive these services due to their family’s transportation issues and financial limitations. We also provide services in our Maryville clinic for direct physician referrals.

In 2001 the Board of Education in TN and the Board of Health in TN worked together on legislation to allow private practitioners to go into school systems and provide Medically Necessary Services. We work directly with families under TNCare for the speech services we provide to them. The children receive the medical services they need and the schools IEP requirements are met at no cost to the school or family. It’s a win - win situation. Our therapists stay in touch with the families, teachers, OT’s, PT’s and PCP’s so that goal progression is optimized.

Speech-Language Pathologists will also have the opportunity to share their knowledge mentoring Clinical Fellows and Speech Pathology Assistants.
