Description: |
| Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenance |
Duties: |
Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing); stacks and un-stacks chairs, aligns tables
Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations
Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
Assists with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished
Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties, removes and compacts trash
Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins
Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of cups, silverware and ice bins in the service stations
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualifications: |
