Description: |
| Delivers food menu items to guests in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with Clevelander standards |
Duties: |
Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing)
Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations
Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and after guest are finished
Assists in preparation of kitchen opening and closing procedures
Follows all sanitation procedures in accordance with state regulations
Ensures expo stations are properly stocked and cleaned; maintains appropriate levels of plates, silverware, trays
Ensures quality and proper presentation of food menu items as well as communicates each item to guest upon deliver
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
