Description: |
| Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, oversees the daily operations of the branch. |
Duties: |
Supports management goals and objectives.
Provides guidance and training to tellers.
Understands and interprets policies and procedures for the staff.
Enforces audit compliance.
Promotes staff participation in the Star Performer and SMILE Programs.
Assists the Branch Manager, and oversees office during Managers absence. |
Qualifications: |
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of retail banking experience with a thorough knowledge of savings products/ services & security procedures.
Basic math aptitude & PC proficiency required.
Knowledge of mortgage products helpful.
Sales experience, and six months to a year previous supervisory experience preferred.
* Must be federally registered as required by the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act). Will be required to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR). Must obtain and maintain a unique identifier number through the NMLSR. Must review and update all information as required by the NMLSR. Reliable transportation.
