| We are a small medical billing company in search of an experienced medical biller and certified professional coder. Applicants must have experience coding for Primary Care at a minimum. |
Duties: |
- Post Charges and Payments
- Contact insurance companies and patients for billing follow up
- Electronic submission of insurance claims
- Post ERA
- Work with medical offices to answer billing questions |
Qualifications: |
- 5+ Years prior medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Coder
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD Codes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
