Description: |
| BTAS, Inc. has a requirement for a Senior Business Process Engineer. The task supports the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) Program Office located at Maxwell Air Force Base – Gunter Annex, AL. |
Duties: |
This position requires the ability and experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of the ARMS system and its organizational components, and help define the technical strategy and direction for system enhancement and new development efforts.
Requires the ability and experience to capture system requirements through the identification and analysis of existing systems, workflows and processes, to flesh out current baseline system documentation into a complete set. Requires the ability and experience to develop detailed use cases to define and communicate the requirements in the software development process.
Requires strong business process analysis and communications skills to facilitate meetings with process and system experts, and conduct interviews of functional and subject matter experts, in order to collect critical process and requirement data.
