Description: |
| To facilitate banquet food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional and courteous manner. Set-up and teardown of the assigned function. |
Duties: |
| Responsibilities include set-up of banquet functions, polish all china, glass and silverware, provide service in a professional and courteous manner with established standards and levels of excellence, remove and return all equipment, china, glass and silverware to proper storage, respond to Banquet Captain's instructions and directions, and other duties as assigned. |
Qualifications: |
| High school diploma or equivalent. Must work well with or without direct supervision. Must be able to interpret and follow directions related to BEO’s (Banquet Event Orders). Must be neat and well groomed at all times. Needs to be flexible, self motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-worker and management. Must obtain a Yavapai County Food Handlers Certificate. Prior serving experience desired. English skills necessary to communicate with guests. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. |
