Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sell Both New and Used Vehicles.
2. Start a long lasting career selling cars not Dealer FEE’S.
3. Build long-term relationships with customers.
4. Fully explain product features, functions and benefits to customers.
5. Offer test-drives to all customers.
6. Spanish Speaking A Plus.
7. Approach, greet and offer assistance to any departments customers who enter the store.

PAY PLANS:
1. Negotiable sign on bonus.
a. Must have a min of 2 years of auto sales experience.
b. This experience must be within the last 6 months.
c. Sign on bonus will not exceed $5,000.00.
2. 90 day $2,000.00. Salary + Commission
a. 30-day training period.
3. AFTER 90 DAYS Performance Based pay plan and Base Salary guaranteed.

Duties:

1. Establish personal income goals and maintain a minimum standard of sales each month.
2. Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
3. Research and become proficient in the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram brands.
4. Resolving disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.
5. Performing multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
6. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and Email.
7. Gaining a clear understanding of customers wants, needs and desires as a requirement of the purchase.
8. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
9. Use our Sales control and follow-up system.
10. Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
