Duties: |
| Responsible for the management of multiple property regional portfolio, staff development and training, portfolio budget oversight, liaison with owners and agencies |
Qualifications: |
| Prior multi-site management experience and knowledge of tax credit housing programs highly preferred. Good communication, budgetary and financial management skills required. Prior portfolio management experience highly preferred. Excellent coaching, training, supervisory skills necessary. Knowledge of tax credit and HUD funding programs highly preferred. |
