| Duties: | Position Highlights:
To achieve monthly and annual revenue goals through selling advertising and providing excellent customer service to current and prospective clients in collaboration with Client Relationship Specialists.
Develop new business and grow existing business through outside and inside sales calls by using a variety of sales programs and the portfolio of MediaOne products.
| Qualifications: | Position Requirements:
Excellent sales skills to identify the business needs of customers, specifically the ability to assess sales opportunities, articulate business value, develop and execute a territory and account plan, develop and deliver creative solutions to meet customer needs, prospect for new business, and negotiate and up-sell existing clients.
Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions related to achieving revenue goals.
Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers, other sales staff, peers, marketing, and management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint, and ImMediate software.
Excellent planning skills.
Computer skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet and database applications.
Ability to identify and manage high payoff activities in the sales process in order to continually improve results.
Ability to penetrate new accounts to grow existing customer base.
Ability to work as a team with other MediaOne staff.
Ability to present a coherent solution to the client.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
