| Seeking experienced PC Technician to offer excellent and timely customer service in a fast paced and growing environment. |
Duties: |
| Position requires ability to troubleshoot Windows OS and Office, PC, scanner and printer hardware, and diagnose basic LAN/WAN issues. |
Qualifications: |
| You must be a quick learner, motivated, dependable, organized, and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and document is a must. Should possess knowledge of VOIP, thin clients, AD, cabling and infrastructure, and the ability to remotely support clients. Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and valid auto insurance. Must be willing to work an occasional on call and weekend shift. Experience working in healthcare, helpdesk, field service repairs is a plus. Requires 5 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
