Duties: |
1. Check guests in and out acurately and efficiently.
2. Take room reservations.
3. Balance accounts for all daily cash and change transactions.
4. Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
5. Perform all other duties assigned by management. |
Qualifications: |
1. Positive attitude needed to provide great customer service.
2. Prior hotel front desk experience preferred but not required.
3. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
5. Ability to stand for periods up to eight hours per day.
