Description: |
TouchPoint Autism Services is currently seeking motivated direct support staff to assist our adult clients with daily living skills, hygiene and community outings on an as needed basis.
We staff our homes around the clock, every day of the week. The shifts are everyday and generally fall during these times:
7 AM - 3 PM
3 PM - 11 PM
11 PM - 7 AM
**This is an on-call position with no set schedule. You must be available to work with last-minute notice and be willing accept at least 16 hours of work per week. **

Duties: |
Responsibilities include:
· Providing direct supervision of clients and assuring of their well-being
· Implementing behavior development (BD) and person-centered plans (PCPs) and documenting progress
· Providing educational support to clients, including guidance for hygiene, health, dietary and social skills
· Assisting with health needs, including dosing medications
· Transporting clients (in company vehicles)

Qualifications: |
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Clean driving history and criminal record
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of previous experience and education in the human services or healthcare field.
