Description:

Utilizes expertise in discharge planning and other psychosocial environmental aspects of patient and family dysfunction. Requires knowledge of group process, family systems, development stages, and mental health systems and regulations. Requires Master’s degree in a psychosocial science. MSW and licensure preferred. One to two years of related experience is required. Basic computer skills are also required. Position is available for Per Diem status.
