Description: |
As the Engineering Manager your goal is to make better products faster by leading a specific product line engineering team. You will take input from customers, sales and internal sources to create product and feature specifications that deliver innovative solutions.

Duties: |
1. Direct daily activities for your team to achieve team goals.
2. Write, schedule, maintain and assign projects and tasks within RADAR system.
3. Report weekly status of team activities to Director of Engineering.
4. Establish and manage your team to meet date commitments and budget goals.
5. Provides training, support, direction, and guidance to team members.
6. Personnel related tasks such as performance reviews, approval of time-off requests and policy compliance.

Qualifications: |
* Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 2 years experience working with DMP products or equivalent security industry experience.
* Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
* Proven customer service and problem solving skills.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage your team in order to meet established deadlines.
