Someone with experience in sales is what we need in this exciting, fast-paced position. The compensation for this position is hourly plus bonus.

The Microsoft Operations position is the perfect opportunity for an energetic sales professional seeking an opportunity where they can truly make a difference for our clientele. As a Microsoft Operations Representative, you will be on the front lines, consulting with business owners around the nation to align them with software solutions that best fits their needs.

Duties:

Reaching prospective customers to influence software purchasing decisions to generate interest and demand by developing and deploying account strategies which are to include activities including, but not limited to, calls, e-mails, webinars, etc.

••      Achieving/exceeding weekly pipeline quota of opportunities, managing a close rate of that pipeline

••      Proactively prospecting/ leveraging business from new and existing contacts

••      Working directly with customers and channel partners

••      Meet or exceed calling activity specified by Manager

Qualifications:

••      Sales experience

••      2+ years of software sales experience preferred

••      Experience and demonstrated success in cold-calling

••      Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative-selling methodology
