Territory Manager - Panama

EFCO currently seeks Territory Managers for Panama City, following the set up of a new district and warehouse operation in 2008.

The bi-lingual and dollar based Panama construction market holds massive opportunity for EFCO with over one hundred high rise towers planned, roads, bridges, hydro-electric and port projects up and coming and of course the Panama Canal.  We are therefore looking for highly driven and capable sales professionals from within our ranks to join us in helping to make EFCO the biggest and best forming company in Panama for the years to come.

Duties:

•Developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to maintain and grow sales.

•Communicating with customers to discover their formwork needs.

•Reading blueprints and performing take offs.

•Providing Engineering with proper information concerning form requirements on a project, in order to develop the most efficient forming solution for a customer.

•Coordinating shipments with distribution.

•Conducting sales presentations.

•Providing customers with superior service.

Qualifications:

•Proven sales record at EFCO

•Mechanical aptitude and competitive nature

•Bilingual - English/Spanish 

•Excellent communication and relationship building skills

•Willingness to relocate
