Description: | | Successful candidates will receive inbound sales calls and initiate outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new commercial and residential customers and retain current customers. | Duties: | - Utilize scripts to guide potential customers through the selling process.
- Prepare price quotations, prepare terms of sales and enter notes into database.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services.
- Meet and/or exceed sales quotas.
- Work with outside Sales Reps to jointly manage relationships with customer decision makers and influencers.
- Prepare and develop reports on sales and marketing activities.
| Qualifications: | - Must speak and write fluently in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge
- Professional telephone skills
- Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail
