Pelican State Credit Union is in search of a BRANCH MANAGER to continue our mission of being the CREDIT UNION OF CHOICE by providing excellence in service and state-of-the-art opportunities for our members and staff. This is a full time position with an excellent benefit package!

The BRANCH MANAGER is responsible for the branch operations and branch staff. Must be able to coach and direct staff while building a highly motivated team. Must have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals while keeping a supportive team envoirnment. Also required to grow their business as well as develop the existing membership’s business.

Duties:

Minimum of 2 years financial institution management experience in an aggressive sales environment

Exemplary leadership, proven track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams, and strong decision-making skills to assist in discovering members’ needs and handling personnel issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding member service, achieving both member satisfaction and retention.
Ability to analyze member's needs and recognize service opportunities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree preferred
