Affiliate Administrator

Description:

The Affiliate Administrator is responsible for the daily support of multiple marketing partners (affiliates) and networks across several marketing avenues including, but not limited to: Affinity/Loyalty, Search, Lead Gen, Email, Print, Coupon/Deal, Social Media, and others.

Duties:

• Marketing Program Support specific to individual affiliate partner including but not limited to: Creative, web page creation, integration, and documentation
• Fulfill reporting needs specific to individual partners
• Help facilitate partner growth through applicable avenues
• Administer payment to partners per the agreed upon compensation schedule and metrics
• Provide daily support and response to the affiliate pending their needs
• Other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications and related work experience
• Solid Microsoft Excel experience (v-lookup, formulas, spreadsheet manipulation, etc)
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing affiliate marketing program
• Must be familiar with one or many affiliate networks and CPA networks such as: Commission Junction, Linkshare, Google Affiliate Network, EPIC, Neverblue, NetMargin.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
• General understanding of enterprise level reporting tools
• Basic understanding of direct-to-consumer business, affiliate marketing, CPA marketing, competitive/business environment and consumer behavior
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen ability to work within a team to conceive, create, and execute designs
• Ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, changing environment and be able to make decisions independently
• Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deliver meticulous work
• Seek and thrive in a high growth environment
• Must be able to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
