Description: |
| Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of customer financial services including the processing of savings and loan transactions, cashing checks, selling money orders and traveler checks, and open/close and provide maintenance for deposit accounts. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service, cross-selling bank services and balancing and verifying cash totals for each day's transactions. |
Qualifications: |
- High school degree or equivalent
- Basic clerical skills including the ability to use a personal computer
- Knowledge of teller operations, bank products and terminology
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work with confidential information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees and bank management.
- Basic math skills, detail-orientation, typing skills and numerical aptitude required
