| We are seeking a Supervisor level Maintenance Technician who is HVAC Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. |
Duties: |
| Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members. Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident workorder repairs. Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets. Complete other duties as assigned. |
Qualifications: |
| Must be HVAC certified and available to work overtime. Able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment. CPO certification preferred. Budget Control experience is a plus. 5+ years Maintenance experience mandatory. Some management experience is a plus. This candidate will also be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule 7 days a week. |
